General Admission Requirements
To gain admission to Cardozo Law School, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university or its equivalent and a degree from an ABA-accredited law school. While graduates of international law schools must have a degree that enables them to practice law in a country outside of the United States.

The Cardozo LL.M. offers a merit-based institutional scholarship to LL.M. students. This award is called the Dean’s Scholarship of Excellence.
#1. The Monrad Paulsen Scholarship
This is Cardozo’s most prestigious and selective scholarship.
It offers three-year full-tuition scholarships to incoming students with exemplary college degrees who are appointed by the admissions committee.

The Cardozo Law Achievement Scholarship is open to certain incoming students, in recognition of their academic or professional achievements prior to law school.

Cardozo Law School Financial Aid
Cardozo awards a limited number of needs-based grants to JD students. Applicants must submit a FAFSA (International students must apply for JD International Student Financial Aid) by April 1 of each year to be considered for these scholarships.
