Tuition includes the instructional fee, general fee, and other non-instructional service fees. Non-resident fees include a non-resident surcharge.

- Academic Foundations course fee: $10 per course
- Cooperative education course fee: $30 per course

All fees are subject to change at the discretion of the College. Fees other than Tuition and Course/Lab fees are nonrefundable.
All fees for each semester must be paid by the end of that semester. Certificates, degrees, transcripts, and further registration activities are withheld until all financial obligations are fully paid.
Residents of Ohio pay an annual total price of $11,589 to attend Cincinnati State Technical and Community College on a full-time basis. This fee is comprised of $3,567 for tuition, $1,764 for books and supplies and $258 for other fees.

The Cincinnati State Scholarship Program awards scholarships to new, incoming students and to current students. The amount of the scholarship and the eligibility criteria vary and can be based on a student’s academic program, financial need, grade point average, minority status, or other criteria set by the donor who established the scholarship.

Applications for institutional scholarships for the 2020-21 academic year open Nov. 1 and close Feb. 15.

Honors Scholarships
Special scholarships are available for students who are accepted into Cincinnati State’s Honors Program. Honors Scholarships are based on academic achievement and financial need and cover tuition, fees, and books.
ELIGIBILITY FOR HONORS SCHOLARSHIPS
In addition to Cincinnati State’s General Eligibility Requirements for financial aid, criteria include:
- Be admitted to a Cincinnati State degree program and to the Honors Program.
- For a new student entering Cincinnati State directly from high school, have appropriate scores on the College placement test, and at least one of the following: high school GPA of 3.25 or higher high school rank in the top 20 percent ACT score of 26
- For a new student entering Cincinnati State five or more years after high school, have appropriate scores on the College placement test
- For a current student or a student transferring to Cincinnati State, have a college GPA of 3.25 or higher, after completing at least 12-semester credits
HOW TO APPLY FOR HONORS SCHOLARSHIPS
Complete the Cincinnati State Honors Program Application, which automatically put you in consideration for Honors Scholarships. Submit your application by Feb. to be considered for a scholarship that begins in Fall Semester 2021). Applications to be admitted to the Honors Program are reviewed as they are received; there is not a specific deadline.
The Honors Program Chair notifies applicants about acceptance to the Honors Program and eligibility to receive an Honors Scholarship.

Choose Ohio First is a state-sponsored scholarship program that offers scholarships to students majoring in programs related to science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or medicine (referred to as STEMM fields).
