- Secondly, applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent with a good academic record.
- Also, a minimum of two (2) years of full-time professional working experience (this must be acquired after a university degree) at the time of application.
- Furthermore, applicants should not be more than 35 years old at the time of application. However, in the case of programs that are appropriate for senior officials and managers, the age limit is 45 years old.
